All sales are final. Due to the fact that our products are closeout items we do not accept returns. Products may be eligible to be exchanged for store credit to be used at We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the travel goods, luggages, and/or bags at to let us know of the damage, then return the damaged good to us. Upon receipt of the damaged good we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will then refund the full purchase price of your item.



If your purchase requires repair, please contact the original manufacturer for any repairs that may fall under their warranty.


The length of time extended on the limited warranty can be found on the hang-tag of the product purchased.

This warranty is only applicable when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or negligence. Additionally, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, lost or forgotten combinations of locking mechanisms, straps, and zipper pulls.  In the event of damage caused by a public carrier (i.e. airline, freight carriers, etc.), it is the responsibility of the user to file a claim with the carrier concerned at the time of damage. 

Original proof of purchase is required for warranty service.


To return your product, you must contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you reside, the time to which it maybe take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Xuitcase is not responsible for lost or stolen package confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Xuitcase will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
